Questions

A project is one product — like your app. Each project can have unlimited integrations, so if your app is on iOS, Android, and the web, that's one project with three integrations. You're never charged extra for being cross-platform.

A signal is any piece of user feedback that ReleaseTag processes — an App Store review, a Google Play review, a forwarded support email, an Intercom conversation, or a crash report from Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics, or App Store Connect. Each one counts as one signal, regardless of length or complexity.

We'll let you know when you're approaching your limit. If you go over, new signals will queue until the next billing cycle — nothing gets lost. You can upgrade anytime to increase your limit immediately.

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your dashboard. If you cancel a paid plan, you'll keep access through the end of your billing period, then drop to the Free tier. No data is deleted.

On Pro and Team, you set automation levels per action type. For example, you can auto-reply to App Store reviews but manually approve email responses. You can also set rules by star rating, sentiment, or topic. Change it anytime.

When ReleaseTag identifies a bug from user signals and crash data, it can suggest a code fix with root cause analysis. This feature is currently in beta — it works best for common crash patterns and straightforward bugs. You always review before shipping.

Yes — Pro and Team both include a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card required to start. If you don't upgrade, you'll automatically move to the Free plan.
